Elderberry is an application that connects families needing home care with verified Care Providers in their area. Each home care Recipient is matched with a Care Providers based on needs and requirements.
Is Elderberry an Agency?
No, Elderberry is not an agency. Elderberry is a transactional engine that connects clients needing home care to Care Providers who can provide care. This way, all of the Care Providers using Elderberry are not subjected to an agency fee.
Is Elderberry right for my family?
By using the Elderberry application, you are eliminating the brick and mortar costs associated with normal home care appointments. Our Care Providers are able to chose their own hours, and structure their days, so you can trust that if an Elderberry Care Providers is at your door, they have chosen to be there. Also, at Elderberry, all of our Care Providers are a part of the Canadian Support Workers Association, where they are back checked and insured.
